You are purchasing from KennyKreations, a downloadable digital machine embroidery file.

You can download the designs and helpfiles from the Thank you Page immediately after purchase.
You will also receive an email with the download links.

There are no refunds on digital goods.

Copyright

All software, embroidery designs, artwork, and documents produced and marketed
by KennyKreations is protected by International Copyright Law and International Treaty provisions. Unauthorised duplication, alteration, copying and distribution of the same constitutes copyright infringement. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of our copyright materials is strictly prohibited. The digitised files, artwork and associated documents remain the copyright property of KennyKreations and cannot be sold, altered, given away, shared or transferred in any way.

Finished articles or projects made with our designs may be sold.

We also give permission for our quilt designs to be entered in competitions.

Design Replacements

We will replace any designs that you have lost, due to hard-drive crash.

Email us with your order number and we will send you another copy of the designs.

Shipping

There is no shipping required, as all designs are delivered via immediate digital download.
